What happens when I answer the phone myself?

Nothing changes. Interactive Voicemail only picks up when you don't. Set it as your call forwarding destination: if you don't answer after 3-4 rings, the call forwards to your voicemail number. When you do answer, your caller talks to you as normal.

Does it actually sound like a real person?

Yes. On the Pro plan, we clone your voice from a two-minute recording. Callers feel like they reached your office, not a robot. We disclose it's an automated voicemail in the greeting because transparency matters, not because anyone would guess.

How does it know about my listings or services?

You tell it. During setup, you provide your business details, services, pricing, and (for realtors) your active listings. We load all of that into your voicemail's knowledge base. Need to update a listing or change your hours? Text or email us. We update it the same day.

What does it cost per call?

Yes. You keep your number. We give you a separate voicemail number and you set it as your call forwarding destination. When you miss a call, your carrier forwards it to us. Takes about two minutes to set up in your phone settings.

Do I need to do anything technical?

No. We handle all the setup. You answer a few questions about your business, pick a voice, and we build it for you. The only thing you do is set call forwarding on your phone, and we walk you through that.

What if it can't answer a question?
